Orders are usually shipped via UPS, but we also use
FedEx and USPS depending on the best available service to a specific address.
Free shipping is available via Coupon and/or when advertised. Free shipping is only available upon satisfying advertised criteria such as price thresholds or quantity of items being purchased. Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International deliveries do not qualify for Free
Shipping, Express and Overnight delivery do not qualify for Free Shipping.
Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement.
Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address. Returns
will have shipping charges reduced from total refund.
In an effort to supply our customers with the widest
selection of merchandise, we special order some items which may be infrequently
requested. An example of a special order item would be Pilot Operating
Handbooks, we will generally stock some most common handbooks such as
the Cessna 172 generic handbooks, however many manuals have an almost
unlimited number of Makes, Models and years of manufacture, this makes
the number of items we would need to stock literally in the thousands.
For this reason we will special order many items such as this. These items
are available for shipment generally within 7 days, however please refer
to the individual product pages for estimated ship times. These items
will be shipped separately from our in stock items and will be charged
an additional shipping fee if shipped with regularly stocked items. We
do not charge restock fees for returns of our regularly stocked items,
however returns of Special Order Items may incur a 15% restock fee. Special
Order Items are clearly marked as "Special Order" also "Additional Shipping
May Apply"
We pride ourselves on prompt, courteous service. We
strive to pack and ship all packages within two business days. If this
is not possible for some reason, we will notify you ASAP. The total time
to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose.
We have listed the estimated times including our packing time and shipping
time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package,
the total time is calculated as follows:
(1-2
days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
For
example, if you select Standard Delivery, the shipping
time will be 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. This means
your total delivery time will be 1-2 days for packing + 3-7 days (shipping
time), for a total of 4-9 business days from the time you place your order.
Most orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days
after being ordered; however, please allow up to 9 business days for delivery.
Signature is required for delivery. Additional charges apply for Alaska
and Hawaii. Standard Delivery is NOT available for P.O.
Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays
or Sundays.
Orders will arrive within 2-4 business days after being

We have done our best to price second day shipping costs as fair and competatively as we can. Do to our large inventory and shipping limitations, second day shipping costs may be incorrect.
